T\u00eb shmanget zbatimi i pabarabart\u00eb i procedurave t\u00eb pasivizimit n\u00eb nivel lokal.<br \/>\n2. T\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet komunikimi me qytetar\u00ebt e prekur.<br \/>\n3. T\u00eb krijohen mekanizma t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe efektiv\u00eb p\u00ebr ankimimin dhe korrigjimin e vendimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ky konstatim merr nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe kur lexohet n\u00eb kontekstin e raportit, i cili evidenton gjithashtu se plani p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore serbe ende nuk ka prodhuar rezultate t\u00eb matshme.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb i dokumentuar n\u00eb nivel europian. Nuk mund t\u00eb trajtohet m\u00eb si nj\u00eb pretendim i shqiptar\u00ebve apo si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e zakonshme administrative e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por duhet t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb qart\u00eb: nuk mjaftojn\u00eb konstatimet dhe rekomandimet. Nevojiten veprime, monitorim dhe rezultate konkrete!<\/p>\n<p>Bashkimi Europian duhet ta ndjek\u00eb nga af\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebtyre rekomandimeve dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogari nga Beogradi.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb nuk u duhet nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb let\u00ebr. U duhet e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur adresat, dokumentet, identitetin dhe dinjitetin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr integrim europian t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb pa respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve!<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb standard europian.
