Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i qart\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtimit sistematik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga institucionet e siguris\u00eb, dhe nj\u00eb alarm serioz p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr paqen, bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn dhe stabilitetin n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se q\u00eb nga viti 2004 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar asnj\u00eb shqiptar i ri n\u00eb polici, dhe me faktin se kuadrot aktuale jan\u00eb af\u00ebr pensionimit, kjo situat\u00eb na \u00e7on drejt nj\u00eb zbraz\u00ebtie t\u00eb plot\u00eb etnike n\u00eb sektorin e siguris\u00eb, nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb vitin 2001, kur shqiptar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga \u00e7do institucion shtet\u00ebror.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
