Nuk e shoh t\u00eb arsyeshme q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet diskutimi, p\u00ebr shembull, p\u00ebr Asociacionin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe. Por, un\u00eb gjithashtu nuk mendoj se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm: krijimin e Asociacionit q\u00eb do t\u00eb njoh\u00eb qart\u00eb sovranitetin dhe integritetin territorial t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe duke ofruar nj\u00eb Asociacion reciprok t\u00eb komunave shqiptare brenda Serbis\u00eb, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin status dhe kompetenca.
